School Order Privacy Notice

When you submit a school invoice request, we may collect:

• School or organisation name
• Contact person’s name
• Email address
• Products and quantities requested, such as notebooks or teacher licences
• School delivery address, for printed products
• Finance email for the invoice
• Purchase order number, where provided

We collect this information directly from you when you complete our online form.

Providing information is voluntary. However, we need the required details to process your request.

Please do not include student information or other sensitive personal details in your submission.

We use the information collected to:

• Respond to school invoice requests
• Prepare and send invoices
• Communicate about orders, payments and delivery
• Arrange printing, packaging and shipping, or send download links for digital resources
• Maintain accurate business and financial records
• Resolve questions or issues relating to your order

We do not use information collected through this form to send unrelated marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

School order information may be stored securely using Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, and the systems used to operate our website and email communications.

Access to order records is restricted to authorised persons who need the information to manage orders.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss and disclosure.

Some of our technology service providers may store or process information outside New Zealand. We remain responsible for handling personal information in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law.

We do not sell your personal information.

• Website hosting and form-processing providers
• Cloud storage and email service providers
• Printing, fulfilment and delivery providers

We retain school order information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage orders, provide customer service, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
